Today Greg tried to regain his manliness by telling stories of sky-diving and being in bands... and then he failed when we started talking about museums. And it was kind of awesome. We also covered Dong-gate 2010, as well as found out our pimp names, talked about Sarah being in the Willamette Week (check her out in the Head Out section!), beard talk, and also chatted about Charlie Sheen's crack-smoking wife (literally), Dustin Diamond reveals secrets about the cast of Saved by the Bell (there are some juicy ones), and we talk about our favorite artists. Seriously. Painty-kind, not singy-kind. We ended the show with a rousing chant to Nibler's manhood. Because, you know, he is quite manly.

Good Monday to you all!

This weekend was the zombie ball at Dublin Down and it was fantastical! Thanks to all of you fabulous folks who came out to hang out in amazing costumes, we had so much fun and hope you all did as well! After giving a wrap-up of our weekends goings-on we chatted about Battlestar Galactica (of course), Dead Like Me, Outlook Portland (we were on it yesterday!), Aaron Duran from Geek in the City came in to talk to us in his usual inappropriate manor including telling one of the most horrific stories we've EVER heard. Holy crap. We also sang some karaoke inspired by said Aaron Duran story, and had a brand new Ball Talk where Greg had to admit that he was wrong on his picks for the NFL this past weekend. In entertainment news there were two (semi) celebrities who were arrested over the weekend, plus an update on the never-ending Tiger Woods saga that is pretty hilarious.

We started off talking about Sarah's recent single-dom (as of yesterday), and then it deviated into crazy ex-relationship stories and talk of Sarah's awesome new project. We then welcomed the crazy folks from Dublin Down, and talked about Warped Tour, throwing up, and crazy drunkenness. Also, we had Ball Talk where the Nibman regaled us with tales of crazy sportsman, and Sarah had shitshow news about a woman biting her sister's nose off, and an obsessed woman posting billboards trying to get her boyfriend back. Really.

Today we talked about bowling (last night was a big competition, Snookie vs. The Situation), lazer tag (Nibler vs. Nibler), and creepy stripclubs all around town - and Nibler has been to most of them. We had Ball Talk with predictions and a tale of a Big Baby, a story about a chicken licker, talked about John Denver, being kicked out of bars, Heidi Montag and her freak face, muppets, Two and half men (really), and had the goddamn most hilarious karaoke segment EVER. Nibler is an evil genius. Be very afraid of him.

Oh, and don't forget that tomorrow we're having Brandon and Tommy in from Dublin Down to hang out with us to make sure we're hung over for the Zombie Ball that is happening this Saturday! Lordy lord, tomorrow is going to be crazy.

It's a fantastical Wednesday, and we finished early to go get ourselves some Big-Ass Sandwiches! Our contribution for the better of mankind for the day? Hilarity! Kind of. We started off talking about calling in sick to work (supposedly people with the name Sarah are #1 for females faking being sick... Bullshit, I say!), then onto the show Hoarders where Sarah confessed what she personally 'hoards' (that's such a creepy-sounding word). Greg confessed his hoarding past, and then we moved on to Ball Talk that specifically dealt with Scottie Pippen and little people, and lots of butts. Literal butts. It was kind of a pervy Ball Talk. Sarah had creepy news including a guy sawing his own legs off, and a creature found off the coast of New York with a strange feature. We then took the GREATEST QUIZ EVER (thanks, Nick!), and wrapped it all up with talks of our zombie costumes. Nibs found his PeeWee costume and he's good to go for the Dublin Down on Saturday; Sarah is still in pursuit of a Jem costume. We are weird.

Today we were a bit discombobulated since Sarah has construction workers next to her house that start at 7AM every goddamn morning! (grr... sorry for the anger) That led into discussions about noise complaints (which we are both guilty of), creepy tunnels under cities, mole people, Teen Mom (of course), Ball Talk with lots of snowboarding news, entertainment news featuring a shitshow of reality stars.. including one who did enough plastic surgery to herself to look like a cylon. I mean, robot. We also talked about Big Ass-Sandwiches, who tomorrow are donating 100% of their profits (and tips!) toward the Mercy Corps tomorrow, so swing by and get a sandwich and say hi to Lisa and Brian! Also, we're we're getting prepared for the big zombie ball this Saturday at the Dublin Down - we're going on a shopping trip now to pick up our costumes, we are so excited!

Today we had Tim Oakley in, so of course today was insane.

We started out wholesome enough, with talks of our previous nights escapades (Nibman was all-German, Sarah watched Battlestar Galactica. We are quite the crazy kids). We then deviated into a very disturbing song that was sent to us by a listener that is the most DISTURBING THING EVER. Wow. We had some new ball talk, as well as some disturbing stories including the most ironic story we've ever had on Funemployment Radio. Also, Sarah's little sister Heather came in to partake in the crazy, regaling us with tales of being a new Portlander.

And then Tim arrived - and shit hittith the fan. But good news, he brought along his awesome friend Betty Moyer, an actress, into the Nibler studios to hang out with us! We chatted about movies, actors, whiskey, and about Tim being engaged. Kind of. It's weird. We also sang karaoke, and it was kind of phenomenal.

Do you want to know what two crazy people sound like? It sounds like todays show.

We started off wholesome enough with chatter about the weather (really), last nights Trivia Night (where we got our asses kicked), and brand-new ball talk with disturbing stories that only the Nibman can tell. Then came in Rick Emerson and he chatted with us about Twitter (which we still don't understand), radio, music, plastic surgery, and a story about a girls face falling off. Literally. Also, we did, in fact, spend about 10 minutes chatting with people in the 'beautiful people' chatroom, where Billie Starship (see pictured below) made some special new friends. Wow. We're, like, 12.

Today we started off the show with a surprising celebrity death, someone whom we had been discussing less than 24 hours before on the show - kind of weird. From there we moved on to people clipping their fingernails in public, Alex Trebek, Vegas, The Hangover, Mike Tyson, beautiful people, a Tiger Woods sex tape, and a tale involving a drunk man and Wal-Mart - hot dog, it was a jam-packed day!

Funemployment Radio™ Episode 37

Happy Twenty-Ten!

We are very excited to be back in our fabulous Nibler studios recording! Today we started off with a bang, wrapping up what we did over New Years, including spending it at the same place (so much fun!) and then watching the Rose Bowl the next day. Nibler had a full weekend of Ball Talk, so he is full of balls today, and Sarah had a bunch of crazy entertaining stories from this weekend, including trashy parents who tattooed their children, and a celebrity who is having her brother's baby. Really.

We also talk a lot about Pantera, and down a pint of whiskey in about 15 minutes, and then sing a Cher song. We're rolling into the new year, and we're stoked.
