We are very excited to be back in our fabulous Nibler studios recording! Today we started off with a bang, wrapping up what we did over New Years, including spending it at the same place (so much fun!) and then watching the Rose Bowl the next day. Nibler had a full weekend of Ball Talk, so he is full of balls today, and Sarah had a bunch of crazy entertaining stories from this weekend, including trashy parents who tattooed their children, and a celebrity who is having her brother's baby. Really.

Happy last-day-of-the-decade!

You know, lots of folks are lamenting the past year saying how many balls it sucked, but we think it's good to remember how the negative can always bring forth positive experiences! Yes, we lost our jobs this year, but with that came the creation of our new podcast, and a new chapter in our lives! The bad isn't always all bad, so let's all look forward to the new year and remember what was awesome in the past year - there had to be some good stuff, right? Right! Speaking of good stuff, today we chatted about our past New Years experiences, met Greg's brother Jeff, drank fancy tequila, had a decade-end wrap up with Greg in Ball Talk, Dead Parade 2009, Entertainment News featuring the S***shows of the year, and a karaoke that says goodbye to 2009 in a poignant way.

It's the day before New Years, and it was insanity.

Today we talked about all of our fun in the snow (Sarah made her first snowman in 15 years), and we also discussed dating someone with whom you have a big age gap with. Also, we had, in studio, famous comedian and actor Barry Sobel, who talked to us about being on Johnny Carson, writing for SNL, and all of his stints being on tv (21 Jump Street, Family Ties) and in movies (Revenge of the Nerds II, Doc Hollywood, Punchline). He's also going to be performing tomorrow night at the Bagdad Theater, so if you're looking for something fun to do head to 37th and Hawthorne at 10PM for a hilarious night. Oh, and we also had a new ball talk (Tiger Woods is in rehab... and not the kind you might think) and Entertainment News was a bit, well, stabby.

It was our holiday show!! and it was fantastical! you can tell because we're writing in all lower-case!

so, today we started off classing it up a bit and went to the liquor store (okay, not so classy) and bought some hot buttered rum mix and, well, rum, and headed back to casa de nibler for a rip-roaring christmas special! we started off by watching teen mom on MTV (still a shitshow), and then started the show by exchanging gifts. Nibman was the recipient of a painting of his dog Butters from sarah, and he gave her a bright purple shirt that says "Jesus is my BFF" and a book about beer. Quite classy. We also had a special guest in today to celebrate with, who regaled us with tales of drunken one-night stands - and tug-boating! Also during Ball Talk we revisited our bet for the OSU vs. BYU bowl game tonight (I guess it's Bowl Talk! ha! oh, i kill me), and Sarah had a special news section where it was all about crazy Christmas stories - and believe you me, there are some good ones.

We're off for the next few days, but when we won't be incessantly looking for jobs we'll be thinking of each and every one of you. Thank you for your support; have a great Christmas holiday!
