Today was fantastic, even though Sarah is a bit under the weather today we still kept on keepin' on. Today we had speaks of the holiday party we went to last night, along with flask drinking, drunken promises, cough medicine, strippers, Ball Talk featuring many-a-disappointment, Entertainment News featuring prostitutes and secret children, and Jen Lane of Barfly Magazine was in to regale us with tales of Christmas parties and stalkers.

We are both taking it easy tonight, and will be back tomorrow to chat with Greg's buddy Gavin, who traveled around the world on quite the adventure. Also on Friday we'll have Aaron Duran of Geek in the City in to analyze the bone we found last week, as well as play the EVP recordings from last Friday.

Yes, it's been a strange day here at Casa de Nibler, but it's been productive as well! We got up super early this morning and got a lot of shit accomplished, and had a jam-packed show including boob talk, Ball Talk, discussion about how goddamn cold it is, Tiger Woods (of course), bone identifying, cab rides and the interesting things you can find while on them, and, of course, another drunken celebrity who's antics led to a 9-1-1 call. Good Monday to you all.

This weekend was a crazy one, and both of us lived it up! After having the scariest show ever on Friday, Sarah went out to a Winter Formal party, and then the following day we both went to Santacon! Much, much fun was had, and we have many a drunken video and photograph to show for it... and some pretty terrible karaoke that we decided would be a good idea after about 10 hours of drinking. Oops. Also today, we have a sad Ball Talk, and the Tiger Woods news keeps getting more and more ridiculous day by day, as he reportedly not only has 2 mistresses... but seven. Ah yes, the hits just keep on coming.

Happy Friday, y'all!

That's right. I said y'all. Anyway, today was completely insane, we started out with a re-cap of our previous night's excursions, including going to see the Civil War at a local drinking establishment where there were a bunch of folks who were really rude sitting around us. Don't fret, we still had a fabulous time... although Nibler's team was unfortunately the loser. Today we also had on Aaron Duran of Geekinthecity.com who brought in the audio of when he recorded in Nibler's house last time, and it's kind of unnerving. Even more so was the discovery we found in his backyard which was completely unexpected, and completely freaky. Today we also spoke with Nick from www.foundfootagefest.com about their shows coming up tonight and tomorrow night at the Laurelhurst theatre - it is a hilarious show, we'd recommend checking it out!

We also have a brand-new Ball Talk where the Nibman talks about the tragic loss last night, and Sarah has new entertainment news including a tale of a dynamite-packing elf and an over-the-hill star who is now trying to start a pop career... in her mid-40s.

Happy week-after-Thanksgiving folks!

We're back and better than ever! ...well, a little discombobulated (my favorite word EVER) from our time off, but nevertheless, pretty damn good.  Today we'll regale you with speaks of our times out of town this weekend, from Nibman talking about Missoula, Montana and his adventures there to Sarah talking about the always classy Bremerton, Washington and the illegal things that were going on in a bar she went to.  We also speak of balls (in Ball Talk - dirty minds), an 80s star who beat his girlfriend, dead people teeth, seeing people from High School you haven't thought of in years, MxPx (semi-famous band from Sarah's hometown), and a Scientology-inspired karaoke where, for one brief moment, there was perfect harmony.  And then it went back to being shitty.

DRUNK DIAL: Two employees fired in KUFO’s Radio Black Friday last month have bounced back faster than even they expected. Two weeks ago, former Rick Emerson Show staffers Sarah X. Dylan and Greg Nibler each cracked open a can of Mickeys and debuted their new drinking/talking project Funemployment Radio (funemploymentradio.com), a free, daily podcast featuring everything from live karaoke and bitching about their lack of health insurance to an interview with Meatloaf. By Monday, Nov. 23, it had reached the top 20 on iTunes Comedy audio podcasts—beating out more than 6,000 other comedy podcasts on the site. The duo seem as surprised as anybody when it comes to the quick recognition of their boozy—still unpaid—efforts. “I think it’s the name that initially gets [people] interested, and once we get them to listen they enjoy it,” says Dylan. “Greg and I are making the most of what should be a depressing situation. I think people want to know that it’s not the end of the world if you lose your job.”
